Community Care Residences
Care begins at home. Non-medical care is not covered by medical insurance and is primarily paid for out of pocket. Triangle Care Management will help you find or create the right setting for you. Sometimes receiving the care you need requires sharing your home or sharing a home with others. Sometimes receiving the care you need requires moving to a new home.
With community support through donations, house bequests, and planned giving, Triangle Care Management will create community care residences that meet the needs of LGBTQ people.
Licensed Board and Care
Donate your home, and we will create the residence in your name!
The Board and Care is a residential home that has been licensed by the California Department of Social Services to house and provide non-medical care for no more than six residents, including meals, housekeeping, transportation to medical appointments, and personalized care. They have a higher staff-to-resident ratio than larger care residences.
