Everyone deserves a safe, supportive place to live. TCM is working to develop LGBTQ+-affirming housing solutions that bring together affordable living, community, companionship, and personalized non-medical care. Our vision is to expand housing options that help LGBTQ+ older adults age with dignity, independence, and a sense of belonging.
LGBTQ+ Affirming Care When You Need It.
To that end, we actively outreach to communities and individuals that represent diversity. Ideally, no LGBTQ+ person is left without care management navigation, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status. Care management navigation is offered free of charge to everyone.

“I’m almost 80 years old living alone. I’ve been sick for several days and self-treating. It’s 2:30 a.m. and I’m having a prolonged coughing spell. Phlegm lodges in my throat; I can’t breathe. I grab my phone, unlock the door in case I have to call 911, and stop by the kitchen sink for a moment to calm myself. I soon begin to breathe. Later that morning, a friend calls just to say hi; I ask him to drive me to the ER. I sure wish my Mom was still around. I need someone to look in on me.”
