Shared Housing

Donate your home, and we will create the residence in your name!

We will create two AARP supported shared housing models with shared caregivers that aim to provide affordable and supportive living arrangements for older adults, while also offering opportunities for companionship and mutual care.  Shared caregivers can provide support and care for residents while also sharing living spaces and costs.

Senior Cohousing involves a group of residents living together in a shared home or building with shared amenities, and communal meals. Caregivers can be integrated into these communities, providing care and support while also benefiting from the shared living arrangement.

Home sharing involves a senior homeowner or renter offering a room in their home to another person in exchange for companionship and assistance.  This can include caregiving responsibilities.
