Further enhancing his qualifications, Vic's extensive career in Human Resources leadership at major organizations like Office Depot, Gap, Inc., Wells Fargo, and Charles Schwab provides crucial expertise for TCM's organizational development and staffing needs.

A dedicated advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, Vic served on the steering committee for PALS (Planning Ahead for LGBTQ Seniors), directly aligning with TCM's mission to address the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ elders, such as isolation and the need for culturally sensitive services. His governance experience is underscored by his service on the Board of the Cathedral City Senior Center since 2018. Vic's diverse background, including his hobby of website design, makes him a highly appropriate and impactful addition to the TCM Board, committed to ensuring all LGBTQ+ elders age with comfort, safety, and dignity.
